The Providence Effect
The Providence Effect is a motion-picture documentary telling the story of Chicago's Providence-St. Mel High School--a school that was almost closed by Chicago's archdiocese, but after grass-roots efforts to save the school became one of the inner-city's educational success stories.
TeachAmericasChildren.com had three goals: To tell the film's story through in-site video highlights; to advertise upcoming events and screenings; and to sell copies of the film online. To reach these goals MR+A choose to install the Drupal content management system and the Ubercart ecommerce module.
